What kind of warranty do your products come with?Updated 2 months ago

Our Cat Exercise Wheel and Giant Scratching Tower are both covered by a 60-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If a component arrives defective or breaks during this time, we will replace it free of charge under the warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage from mis-use of the items, not does it cover normal wear and tear. Since the traction pads and the sisal sleeves will inevitably wear down with time, they are not included under the warranty unless they arrive with damage or a visible manufacturing defect. 

Our warranty applies only to orders placed directly with One Fast Cat and excludes items obtained through distributors and third-party sellers. The sellers of those items are responsible for the condition of the product and may have different warranty policies.
