Returns are accepted within the first 60 days of the order date. The return request must be submitted within that 60 day limit to be accepted. For USA orders shipping from within the 48 contiguous United States, we will provide a free return label if you are sending the item back in the original box. For international orders, or those located in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized items cannot be returned. Personalizable items include cat harness kits and cat towers. If you personalize your cat harness kit or cat tower, you will not be able to return or exchange it, so check the sizing of the item and the spelling of your personalization carefully before placing the order.
If you no longer have the original box for the item, you can still return it. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer, however, and we are not able to provide reimbursements for them. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method, just in case there are any issues with delivery. If you do not have proof of the item being shipped back (i.e. a tracking number), we cannot provide a refund if the item never turns up.
If your return is a free replacement that was sent out for a package that was originally marked as delivered but was not received, you will receive store credit for the item in lieu of a refund. These replacements are not eligible for refunds.
