What is your 60 Day free trial?Updated a day ago

First, we just want to clarify—we offer free returns* for the first 60 days of your purchase; we do not offer a "60 day free trial". You will need to purchase and pay for the wheel to start this period off. We do not have an option to try first and pay later. 

With our 60 day returns, you can return the cat exercise wheel or giant scratching tower free of charge in the first 60 days of ordering, so long as you are able to ship the item back in the original box and so long as it hasn't been destroyed or contaminated (typical wear and tear from regular use over a 60 day period is absolutely fine). 

*You must be located in the 48 contiguous United States and the item must be sent back in the original box in order to qualify for a free, pre-paid return shipping label. If you are located outside the 48 contiguous United States or if you no longer have the original box you can still do a return for a full refund, but you will need to pay the cost of return shipping and we are not able to reimburse you for that fee. 

If the traction pads of the cat wheel have been used, you can dispose of that component and do not need to send those back with the wheel. Used traction pads will not detract from your full refund. If parts crack or chip during disassembly, this also will not affect your refund, but we do ask that you keep the parts as intact as possible. If the parts are so badly damaged that they cannot be identified or differentiated for proper counting, your refund may be impacted. If the wheel or cat tower has been peed on, pooped on, or has come into contact with other bodily fluids, then it cannot be accepted back due to biohazard concerns.
