If you're missing something substantial (such as a second wheel, or a cat scratching post), then it was probably sent in a separate box. Your shipping confirmation email might have only sent you the master tracking number, so visit that link again and check to see if FedEx shows another shipment associated with the tracking number. If it does, click that to see the other package's status. While most packages are delivered at the same time, sometimes one gets sorted onto a different truck and falls a little behind the other.
