We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but we typically process orders very quickly. If the order has already been packed and shipped by the time we see your request, we will not be able to make the change. Also, if the order has personalization, we will not be able to make any changes to the item if the personalization has already been completed.
To request a change, please call us ASAP for the best chance of success. Our customer care number is 844-335-8858 and our phones are open Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific time (11 AM to 7 PM Eastern).
If it's after business hours, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and your request. Never reply to an order confirmation email or other automated email with your request. These emails come from a noreply inbox, and customer care will not be able to see any messages that are sent there.
