How do I arrange to have an order delivered to my local FedEx for pickup?Updated a month ago

If you're trying to have the package sent to a FedEx location so that you can pick it up, you'll want to first obtain the address of your nearest FedEx (or the one that is most convenient for you to visit). If you don't have any FedEx stores in town, an Access Point inside a third-party store may also work.

Once you've identified a likely candidate, you'll want to contact them to confirm that they can accept and hold packages for you to pick up. This is a common service but can vary by location, so it's always good to doublecheck. They may also have specific requirements for how the package should be addressed.

After you've confirmed that information, you can set up your order by adding the desired items to your cart on our site and then starting the checkout process. Unless instructed otherwise by the FedEx site's staff, you'll want to enter the FedEx location's address as the shipping address. Make sure your name and contact number are provided, so that FedEx can reach out to you once the package is ready for pickup. If the location gave you any specific id numbers or other information to include on the label, make sure to add that.

Enter your own information for the billing section, and then complete checkout. Once the package is received by the FedEx location, you should receive some kind of notification from them. However, we do still recommend monitoring the tracking on your end, just in case FedEx can't reach you. Most locations will hold the package for five business days before returning it to sender (although this can vary by location), so make sure to pick it up as soon as you can to avoid an accidental return. You will most likely need a photo ID or some other form of identification in order for the package to be released to you.

For any additional requirements, restrictions, or questions on package pickups, please contact FedEx directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
