Do you have any cheaper international shipping options?Updated 8 months ago

Unfortunately, our shipping software greatly limits the options available for shipping internationally and we are currently restricted to using FedEx. We are not able to provide alternative options such as UPS or USPS, and we cannot modify the price that is being charged for shipping and duties. However, you may be able to get better rates by using a third-party forwarder like reship.com to have the package sent to you from a US address (forwarders may have better shipping rates than us due to shipping more international packages, and may have more carrier options). 

If you are located in Canada and live near the border, you can also look into pickup services like shippsy.com or kinek.com, which allow you to ship your package to a border location for you to pick up. It can save you substantially on shipping, but duty fees and any fees charged by the holding company will still apply. You will need to reach out to the company directly to see what kind of fees they charge.

•  In addition to the two companies listed above, there are often extremely local services that you may be able to find by researching pickup services in your area.
• If there are no pickup services across the border in your area, check to see if there are any US FedEx stores located near you. You can have your package shipped there and pick it up, but you do need to be able to retrieve it quickly as FedEx does not hold onto packages as long as other pickup services.
  • The location must be a FedEx store; it cannot be a PO Box or UPS store, as we can only ship via FedEx and FedEx will not deliver to those addresses.
