Do you allow tax exemptions?Updated 9 months ago

We allow sales tax exemptions for eligible 501(c)(3) and government organizations, as well as any company, organization, or individual that has a valid sales tax exemption ID number. To place an order without sales tax, you must first:

1. Create a customer account with One Fast Cat
2. Email a copy of your sales tax exemption document to [email protected] 
   • Please use the email that your account is under when sending this in so that your account can be correctly identified and updated
   • To be valid, your document must have your sales tax ID visible on it and cannot be expired
   • Allow 1-2 business days for the document to be reviewed and filed

Once your exemption form is received, reviewed, and approved, you will be emailed back confirmation by the customer care team. From that point forward, any orders placed under that account will not be charged sales tax. Please note that you must use the email associated with your account in order for the sales tax to be exempted. If you create a new account, you will need to provide your document again.
