Of course! We're happy to hear that you want to keep the item. There's nothing that you officially need to do to cancel the return request—as long as you haven't shipped the item back already, then the return request will expire on its own after a certain amount of time. You'll get a reminder email about the return before then, and you'll be notified by email once the request has expired.

If you want to avoid the reminder emails, though, you can always email our customer care team at [email protected] with your request to cancel the request and we'll close it out for you. You'll get a confirmation of the closed request via email once that is done.

Please note that if you've already shipped the item back, we can't change or cancel the return. However, once it has been processed and refunded, you can always place a new order to have another of the item sent to you.
