<p>The replacement base kit that we currently sell (Gen 7) has been tested and found to work fine with our Generation 6 wheels. It can also work with the Gen 5, but not especially well&#x2014;while the wheel does not come off the track, it has an exacerbated wobble and makes a constant rubbing noise. While not overly loud, the extra noise might be cause for irritation for some.</p><p>Unfortunately, we no longer have models older than the Gen 5 to test against, but due to the issues with the Gen 5 and the fact that the Gen 1-4 wheels are slightly different in size, they probably won&apos;t work very well with the Gen 7 base.&#xA0;</p>
