These are felt pads that you can stick to the smooth backs of the center tracks that make up the body of the wheel to hide the bare plastic. They are entirely optional, and using them will not change how the wheel functions at all. They simply give the wheel a more polished appearance if you happen to look at it from the side.</p><p>Please note that the Outer Wheel pads do not hide the plastic of the side rims at all, and can only be applied to Gen 7 One Fast Cat Exercise Wheels. Older wheel generations have raised plastic ribbing all along the backs of the center tracks that will interfere with the pads&apos; ability to stick.&#xA0;</p>
