Absolutely! In order to try out the wheel properly, you'll want to apply the pads to it. With that in mind, there is no penalty if you return a wheel with used pads. In fact, if the pads have been used, you can just peel them off and toss them out—they can't be reused, so you don't have to try and stuff them into the box. As long as all the plastic wheel parts and hardware are returned, your refund won't be affected.

The only exception to this rule is if you purchase a set of the Outer Wheel pads. These are optional pads that you can apply to the exterior of the wheel to enhance its appearance, and they don't come with the wheel by default. If you do purchase and use a set of these, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, the wheel itself can still be returned and fully refunded.
