You will need to disassemble the wheel and ship it back in the original box. If the pads have been used (and we understand that they probably have been), you don't need to send those back—you can just toss them after you peel them off, and it won't affect your refund at all. Don't worry if there's any adhesive residue left behind on the plastic, either. We'll clean that off when we get it back.

If you're struggling with disassembly, don't fret if one or two parts crack or lose a plastic tab. All the plastic is going to get ground down and recycled into fresh material, so a bit of damage won't affect your refund at all as long as all the parts are still there. Because it's harder for us to grind small fragments down into pellets, though, we just ask that you do your best to keep the parts as intact as possible to reduce waste.
